I haven't had but only about 5 flutes returned to me since 2010, so this should tell you a lot about my work. I put my whole heart and soul into creating a flute making sure that it is just as perfect as it can possibly be. I will never give you a flute that is not done right. If you are just planning on purchasing a flute just to try it out, please do not purchase from me because I have a lot of customers, and I really do not have any time to waste. If anything is wrong with your flute, and it is my fault, I will give you a full money back guarantee after the flute has been inspected, but you need to let me know just as soon as you receive your flute. I need to know within 1 business day of you receiving your flute what is wrong with your flute. Seller may be able to help you fix a minor problem that could have happened during shipping. Buyer must pay for returning shipping cost unless buyer and seller come to an agreement!! The flute must be returned within 5 business days in the same condition the flute was shipped to buyer for a full money back guarantee. Please package the flute well to receive your full money back guarantee!!! No scratches, no dings, no dents, or no cracks!! Nothing!!!! Please add insurance on the item before shipping in case of lost or damaged. Buyer must pay for your own insurance charges unless buyer and seller come to an agreement. 

If it is not my fault, for your flute return, you are subject to a 25% restocking fee and you will be required to pay for the returning shipping charges. I would recommend putting insurance on the item before shipping in case of lost or damaged. Buyer must pay for your own insurance charges. Flutes must be returned within 5 business days along with tracking information. When I receive your item, after inspection, I will give you a full money back guarantee minus a 25% restocking fee if the flute is not damaged at any way. No scratches, no dings, no dents, or no cracks!! Nothing!!!!

No flute blank will be returned if it has been worked on by buyer!!!! For unused blanks, Buyer must pay the return shipping charges unless an agreement has been made by buyer or seller. Please package blanks carefully to receive refund. When I receive your blank, after inspection, I will give you a full money back guarantee if the blank is not damaged at any way. No scratches, no dings, no dents, or no cracks!! Nothing!!!! If the blank is damaged at anyway, you are subject to a 25% restocking fee!! Please add insurance on the item before shipping in case of lost or damaged. Buyer must pay for your own insurance charges unless buyer and seller come to an agreement.

For all other items from our store, full money back guarantee within 15 business days!!!! Buyer must pay the return shipping charges if it is not our fault. Also if it is our fault, buyer and seller must come to an agreement about shipping charges. Please package items carefully to receive full refund. When we receive your item, after inspection, we will give you a full money back guarantee if is not damaged at any way. If the item is damaged at anyway, you are subject to a 20% restocking fee!!
